Proof of purchase

You will receive a purchase confirmation to your e-mail address, and the products will be delivered to the selected address, together with the invoice, after receiving the payment to our TRR. If you would like additional information regarding your purchase, please refer to the reference number of the order or reference found in the receipt of purchase.

When you enter the entry website, you will be shown a list of the most interesting and selling products from our online store. If you would like to find out more information about the product in our offer, click on the image of the product (on the first page), and then the corresponding subpage will open with a description of the product and the possibility of ordering it.


Next to each image of the product is the inscription “Add to basket”. If you want to order the product, simply click on “Add to cart”. At the moment when the product has been successfully added to the basket, in the green toolbar above, next to the “basket” icon, you will see the inscription Your basket and next to it is the amount of your order. If you would like to continue shopping in our online store, simply continue browsing the products and add the one you decide to buy to the basket by clicking “Add to basket”.

When you have all the desired products in the basket, click on Your basket above in the green toolbar and the entire contents of the basket will be shown to you.

To remove a specific product from the shopping cart, simply click the “red x” next to the image of the ordered product that is currently still in the cart. When you remove the product, your basket will automatically update.

If you would like to order instead of one, two or more pieces of a certain product, update the basket by clicking on +/- under “Quantity” and thus increase or decrease the quantity. When you increase or decrease the quantity, click on “Update basket” so that your basket will be refreshed with the new quantity.

Once you have reviewed the entire contents of the basket and selected the delivery method (you only have the option of pre-invoice), click on “Proceed to order”.

The system will take you to the “Order” page, where you will fill in the Customer Details. If you want delivery to another address, then fill in the column “Deliver to another address”

Choose a payment method. Payment by advance invoice, payment by credit card, PayPal are available.

If your order is more than €40.00 (for Slovenia) or more than €70.00 (for the EU), Free delivery will appear in the “Delivery” section, which you can choose.

Before completing the order, be sure to read the Business Terms and after reading them, tick “I accept the Business Terms and undertake to pay” and then click on “Complete purchase”.

A few moments after clicking, you will receive a message in your e-mail inbox about the completed order: Your toothbrushzone order from x.x.xxxx, and then, when the order is completed, you will receive another message: Your toothbrushzone order from x.x.xxxx has been completed.

d.o.o. After payment and delivery of the ordered items, the customer receives an invoice. The price and all costs related to the purchase are listed on the invoice. The customer is obliged to check the accuracy of the data before ordering.


The customer can withdraw from the product purchase contract within 14 days from the day of receipt of the product by sending a written message to the supplier and is obliged to return the product within a further period of 14 days from the cancellation of the purchase. However, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving the product and this is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract. In case of withdrawal from the contract, all payments (paid product price and postage costs) will be returned to the buyer within 14 days from the day of receipt of the written withdrawal from the purchase.

If you start using the products but change your mind, you lose the right to terminate the contract. We suggest that you do not open the products completely or at all if you find that the color, size or other properties are not as you imagined them to be as soon as possible upon receipt. When opening the packaging, be careful not to damage the packaging and carefully store the packaging, including all the contents that protected your product and certain accessories. That way, your costs can be lower in the event of a refund.

In the event that the returned products are damaged and in a changed quantity, we will charge you the appropriate compensation, which will be determined in the minutes upon return. We will professionally assess the stated costs or the lower value of the returned products within 3 days of the return and inform you within 5 days. (The fee is charged at least 30% of the purchase price). Attach a copy of the invoice and warranty card with the return.

The sales contract is kept at the company headquarters. Access is possible with a personal visit to the company’s headquarters.


For in-stock products, the delivery time is 2-4 working days after the order is confirmed. In other cases, up to 14 days, except in cases where this is specifically indicated with the delivery status. For products that we do not have in stock, the delivery time is up to 30 days from the receipt of the order. In case of a longer delivery time, we will inform you about the delivery time by e-mail or by phone.


Based on the article of the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette RS, 86/04 and 113/05), the manager of the online store undertakes to permanently protect all personal data and will only use it for the purposes of order fulfillment and other necessary communication. Under no circumstances will user data be forwarded to unauthorized or third parties. The user is also responsible for the protection of personal data.

Personal information obtained from customers on the website is protected and will not be passed on to third parties without their written consent.

The administrator of the website reserves the right of business contact in order to resolve ambiguities when checking data or ordering or resolving any disagreements.

Nevertheless, the characteristics of the articles, the delivery period or the price can change so quickly that Solutio dens d.o.o. sometimes it fails to correct data on web pages. In such a case, Solutio dens d.o.o. will informed the customer about the changes and allowed him to withdraw from the contract or exchange the ordered item.


We reserve the right to disable the website or disable access to it due to technical or other problems and maintenance, which also means disabling or hindering the use of the online store. In the event of technical problems on the website, we reserve the right to cancel orders that were affected by the technical error. In case of cancellation of orders, we will notify you as soon as possible and inform you of further steps.
