The buyer can withdraw from the contract for the purchase of products within 14 days of receiving the product by writing to the seller and must then return the product within a further 14 days of withdrawal from the purchase. However, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving the product and this is considered as a notice of withdrawal from the contract. In case of withdrawal from the contract, all payments (paid price of the product and postage costs) will be returned to the buyer within 14 days from the date of receipt of the written withdrawal from the purchase.

If you start using the products but change your mind, you lose your right to withdraw from the contract. We suggest that you do not open the products completely or at all, if immediately upon receipt you find that the color, size or any of the other characteristics are not as you imagined, as far as possible. When opening the packaging, be careful not to damage it and carefully store the packaging, including all contents that protected your product and individual accessories. This way, your costs can be lower in case of a possible refund.

In the event that the returned products are damaged and in a changed quantity, we will charge you the appropriate compensation, which will be calculated upon return. We will professionally assess the stated costs or the lower value of the returned products within 3 days of the return and inform you about this within 5 days. (Compensation is charged at least 30% of the purchase price). Attach a copy of the invoice and warranty card to the return.

The sales contract is stored at the company headquarters. Access to it is possible with a personal visit to the company’s headquarters.
