    WHAT DO I DO IN CASE OF SENSITIVE TEETH?

    For sensitive teeth and slightly irritated gums, brush your teeth in the SENSITIV mode and do not apply pressure. It may take 2 weeks for your teeth to get used to cleaning with the Sonic Black Whitening II.

    HOW DO I REMOVE STAINS ON TEETH?

    To remove stubborn stains, the DEEP CLEANSING function works best. Brushing in this mode frees your teeth from discoloration caused by nicotine, wine, tea or coffee.

    HOW DO I CLEAN MY BRACES?

    To clean your braces, we recommend the INTENSIV mode. It removes plaque deposits and bacteria. Gently place the brush in the area between the fixed braces and the gums. Then move the brush over the rows of teeth in small circular motions to clear both braces and teeth from deposits.

    WHERE CAN I BUY THE REPLACEMENT BRUSHES?

    You can re-order the brush heads at www. lachstark.com, or order them from pharmacies (depends on the country) We guarantee 10 years of availability of brush heads for our devices.

    For reasons of hygiene, we recommend changing the brush head every 2-3 months.

    HOW LONG DOES A SONIC CHARGE LAST?

    Before your first use you should plug in and charge the Sonic Generation 8 Winner for at least 16 hours. Four LED lights indicate a fully charged battery. If only one LED lamp is lit, the battery level is less than 25%. The fully charged battery lasts about 2 weeks with a twice daily cleaning of your teeth.

    MY DEVICE DOES NOT WORK. WHAT CAN I DO?

    Please place the sonic toothbrush on the charger and see the battery level. If the device is still not working we grant a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase. Please contact us or our country representative.
